I have made this bread a few times in the past. I was looking for a recipe that contained no refined sugars and found this one. It truly is very yummy and my kids devour it every time I make it. Blueberry-Banana Bread
- 3 large over-ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) Almond Milk (or apple sauce)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) maple syrup
- 2 cups (240 g) whole wheat flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (240 ml) blueberries(fresh or frozen)
